Demonstrate safety and/or environmental leadership (within crew/ business/industry).
Demonstrate safety investment/value/innovation.
Show evidence of expertise/specialisation
Demonstrate a high quality of work output
Be indorsed by forest owner or manager (which is letters/videos/snapchat etc. of endorsement)
